18 MARCH 1966 PROFESSOR SESMA MANZANO Throughout our documents we have been forced to use i one ('XI') = 600.0117 (S32-1) (approximately six hundred UIW) (Note: It is not surprising, and even normal, that the rotation of their planet on itself does not exactly make 600 UIW. In comparison, according to Wikipedia, the rotation of the Earth on itself takes 23 hours 56 minutes 4.1 seconds, which is not exactly 24 hours. Nevertheless, the difference is sufficiently small for the measurement of the day time to be counted in 600ths of UIW and that it remains sufficiently precise in daily life. Note that 600 is a relatively round number in base 12, it is 420 (4x144 + 2x12 + 0).) One 'XI' (DAY of UMMO) = 1855.2 minutes, which is about 30.92 EARTH HOURS. On UMMO we divide the 'CSI' (DAY) into UIW (1 uiw = 3.092 minutes) and there are no corresponding divisions. officially recognize as this could cause serious harm to our analysis and study plan of Earth Culture and we might even fear reactions from the currently unprepared masses.
