Letter Ummo 71

We wish to inform the planet Earth: our origins and provenance and the goals that brought us to visit you. We come from UMMO, a planet that orbits the star IUMMA, registered on your Earth under the name Wolf 424. We received instructions on January 12, 1965 (Christian era on Earth) regarding the direction and limits of this information. Writing approved. We strive to adapt unless there is an insurmountable barrier to translation. We use the l Ionized atmospheric layer at 8536.92 km. Atmospheric composition measured at the universal laboratory of atmospheric techniques at coordinate 878 of 'WALIOA'. Nitrogen = 65.93% Oxygen = 23.00% Xenon = 0.20% Neon = 0.316% Carbon Dioxide = 1.8% (N.B.: CO) Chlorine = 0.001% Methane = 0.02% Other gases. (N.B.: there remains 6.713%) Our external geological structure is entirely different from that of Earth. Oceans occupy approximately 62%. The remainder concentrates in a single continent full of large lakes, the largest of which is 276,320 km² (AUWOA SAAOOA). Our mountain ranges (very eroded) barely present rugged forms. The most important river of UMMOAA is the OACAWA-OEW-OEWEA, 3.5 km wide at UWOSS. It flows into the lake IAWIAIA-SAAOOA. The inhabitants of UMMO possess a body whose physiological morphology is remarkably similar to that of terrestrial 'Homo sapiens'. This is logical if one considers that similar biogenetic laws prevail throughout the Universe. When the OIWI (an) 75.231 of our time (we define the year as the eighteenth part of the time of translation of UMMO around IUMMA (Wolf 424), arrived from space vessels of the planet TOOKAAIA, their crews, although they died, nevertheless exhibited the same cellular organization. Only small differences appear between us. We possess tonsils and our phonation organ atrophies such that the human terrestrial glottis disappears. IA KAAWAEA = to study your UMMO culture = our planet. But at the same time, observe that we repeat each phoneme two, three, five, etc., times. This constitutes both a new code or language that overlaps with the other verbal expression. The interpretation of this language is of a statistical-mathematical type (function of the number of repetitions of the phoneme) with which we express another thought at the same time. In the reported case, we say approximately: We have made this journey from UMMO to study your culture, and We intend to harm no one, rest assured. Another example: DO UMMO DO DO UMMO UMMO DO DO DO We come from UMMO, and We arrived above France with our craft. If we had emitted like this with our vo...
