← Back to lettersDear Ignacio,
I have received your letters. I have always thought the same—that Ummo is real. I admit I have had some ups and downs in tone, but not in essence. Moreover, if its presumed origin were not true, I would still have the information from Ummo, the inconceivable functionality given, the scientific, cosmogonic, ontological, and ethical anticipation that the reports impart.
I believe the least important is the anecdotal facet, when generally it is the one most stirred. I understand that the sign of Ummo is not mysterious, because mysterious applies to that which creates mysteries and leads to the understanding of abstruse things where there are none. And this sign is equivalent to the signature of commitment of someone who truly exposes concepts—about things—that have no faults and are, in an intuitive and scientific way, a good approximation of certainty.
I do not know if they have departed back to their “nonexistent” planet. The only thing I observe is the three long years of silence, perhaps as a consequence of Peña’s declarations. Which I interpret as a suggestion on their part to achieve the fading of Ummo from the minds of the enthusiastic and the moderately informed; and this has been on a global level. But we have not fallen into this trap.
However, in the first letter, the signer says he has been on Earth for 2.4 years and that he recently deals with the Spaniards.
Now they invite us to participate once again in a reshaped group which (I interpret) should be more cautious and discreet than the previous group, scandalous and confrontational. Maybe we are facing a new informative phase, whose continuity will depend on our behavior. We all have to understand, once and for all, that what they desire least is the publicity of their writings. And the informative continuity – once again – will depend on that. I am attaching the typewritten copy I have of the two letters. I believe they are authentic, for several reasons. I deemed it appropriate to omit certain paragraphs that refer to intimate and particular matters. I still don’t know what the real task they assign us will be, disregarding the insignificant work that falls to me with the phone calls and the letters I am sending to friends. I spoke to you on the phone because I believe you are one of the most characteristic "lovers" of the Ummo subject, and they have left to my judgment the choice of members for the new group. But, at the same time (I have already mentioned this to you on the phone) I formally ask you to keep the letters I am sending today to yourself, at least for the moment. Don’t include them in your Ummocat or anywhere else. Let us be cautious while patiently awaiting further instructions. I imagine that this represents an effort for you. Consider – for all practical purposes – that the period of silence mentioned is still ongoing. Please, I ask you to pay attention to me. We must arm ourselves with patience if, truly, we wish to continue absorbing transcendent information in order to collaborate, in the most effective way, towards the objective they claim to pursue. Imagine that at the "quantum level" that our brain can reach (in certain situations) it is capable of informing, in turn, our B.B. This claim is their most effective help, before satisfying our curiosity about matters they consider irrelevant or harmful to our mediocre culture. Let us not disappoint them again by showing interest in peripheral stories, such as, for example, "The severed hand of Albacete." Frankly, I prefer that they talk to us about the various functions to which the "imaginary mass" conforms.
A hug
