Lettre Ummite#1080

Ummo Letter 1080

Possible encounter with ummites From 1965 to 1969, I was part of the English ballet company 'London Festival Ballet' as a first soloist. Besides performing in all cities in Great Britain, our numerous tours took us to dance throughout Europe: 1966 Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon, Bilbao, La Palma, etc. 1967 Venice, Trieste, Genoa, Istanbul, Ankara, etc. 1968 Madrid, Canary Islands, Paris, etc. 1969 Venice, Rome, Wiesbaden, Heerlen, Antwerp, Spain, etc. I remember several bizarre memories I had during this period. I cannot tell you them... In front of the Liceo theater in Barcelona, I saw two pretty blonde women passing by. Both were carrying a black BEA bag, like the ones British Airways gave out at the time. I can't remember if I was carrying one of those bags myself. The two women stopped and looked at me. And in my mind, the thought came, 'they are aliens.' With a group of dancers, we were looking for the ancient theater of Merida. I can't remember if we were dancing there or if I was just a tourist. Guided by some unknown force, or as if I knew the place, I showed my friends the way to the theater. I filmed the location then the amphitheater. In the upper left, two men were sitting. It was obvious that they were bothered by my filming. I can't remember if it was after this tour, but when I arrived in England the immigration officer asked me what I had to declare. Finding my camera for which I couldn't provide the receipt, they confiscated either the camera or the film. I think it was in Istanbul at the Park Hotel. I shared a nice room with two other dancers. While taking the elevator, a man slipped in behind me. Wearing black gloves, he pressed the button for a different floor than mine with his finger. I had a strange feeling looking at him in profile. It seemed to me that his ear was odd, as if there was no lobe and the bottom of the ear was glued to his neck. The next day, I couldn't find my wallet in the pocket of my jacket. I had always suspected one of my friends had taken it to annoy me. Some time later, the wallet was back in my pocket. At one point when I was alone in the room, the phone rang. On the other end, a voice said, 'Mister Héoubi, ummo ummo' and hung up. Finding that strange, I called the reception to ask who had called me. And they answered that no one had called me. Later, there was a small brown dot on the collar of my navy blue Pierre Cardin blazer, which I had bought in London. It was stuck at the top of the collar on the left side. This small dot looked like a drop of varnish paint. I couldn't remove it with my nail or a sharp object. I took the jacket to a dry cleaner to ask if they had a product to remove this stain. They too couldn't succeed. This dot remained stuck on my collar for several days or weeks before mysteriously disappearing. I can't remember at what point I received two Air mail letters at my London address. They were those blue one-page letters that you folded and sent with the pre-printed Air mail marking. The content was typed in English with several incomprehensible sentences. I only remember these two phrases: 'We put our hands on your noble chest.........we have studied your noble art....' It was only since I have been informed that I know these were ummist words. The two letters had the stamp with the well-known insignia. I remember bringing these letters to my parents in Bern. Together with other congratulatory letters, my parents asked me several times to read and translate them. Since it was impossible to translate them, I finally asked my mother to throw them away. I don't know why I didn't throw them away myself. Following this testimony, we asked Peter a few questions, and he kindly agreed to respond. Would you accept that your testimony be published on the ummo-sciences site? Your real name can be concealed, or not, according to your preference. You can use these memories under my name in ummo science. But with the warning that these are vague memories from 50 years ago. Is there anything else that might come back to you regarding the content of these letters? For example, did they mention 1079 / 1373? Regarding these two letters, I also remember various evaluations they seemed to have measured on me; intelligence above average (which made me laugh) and other incomprehensible measurements. I also recall that they introduced themselves as coming from the planet Ummo. This and a whole series of strange words seemed very curious to me at the time. Although I was aware of UFOs, etc., I could not imagine receiving letters from extraterrestrial explorers and rather thought it was a joke. Why were these letters addressed to me? I have no idea. For reasons related to the study of the art of dance? What made you decide to share your testimony today, and not earlier? Have you known the ummo-sciences website for a long time? Yes, I have known the ummo sciences website for a long time. I also follow the news on Twitter. This story has been haunting me for some time. On several occasions, I have searched through my correspondence, of which I have kept a good part, to see if these letters still existed despite the fact that my mother told me she threw them away. I did not contact you earlier because I have no letters to present to you. My approach was rather to see if my memories interest you. You mention that the letters were written in English, can you confirm that the two letters were written in English (if not, what was the other language)? Yes, the letters were in English. Do you remember the color of the Ummo seal, and possibly details surrounding this seal? The color of the seal is very important to us because we know that different colors were used for different regions. The seal, which I considered a stamp, was dark or black, maybe dark brown or even green? We assume these letters were typewritten. Can you confirm this? Yes, the letters were typewritten. There were several words in Ummo and in uppercase. Were there also handwritten words or signs (in English, Ummo, or other) or handwritten annotations? Was the probable signature handwritten? Next to the seal, there were dark signs (signature?). Do you remember the name on the signature? No. I suppose the author of these two letters introduced themselves as coming from a distant planet. Do you remember how they transcribed the name of their planet in English? It seems to me it was OUMMO. If you received these letters by mail, did you happen to notice the postmark and the place of sending? They were English stamps with the queen’s head. I think blue, 6 pence? Besides the fact that the stamps were English, do you remember if these stamps were postmarked by the post office? Or do you think the letters were slipped into your mailbox by a special sender (thus not postmarked), and not by the postal service? They were sent by mail. Did both letters have a header in the top left corner indicating the language, the number of copies (1, 2, 3), etc... I really don't remember that. Did the letters start with "M. (or Monsieur) Peter Heubi," or did they start differently? It seems to me: Dear Mr Heubi. Were there few or many differences between the texts of the two letters? Did they convey the same message, or did the letters address different subjects? I believe in the first they introduced themselves, where they came from, etc., and in the second they talked about the measurements they had taken. Both said "We put our hands on your noble chest." Can you confirm that you received the letters during the period (1965-1969) when you were working for the London Festival Ballet and that you received them at your usual residence in London? Yes, my addresses were successively: 1. Brodie House, 23 Collingham road (a small cheap apartment house run by a Swiss who had quite a bit of ufology literature and German literature that he had me read) 2. 16 Aynhoe road (a house owned by the mother of a Royal Ballet dancer where we were 4 dancers and choreographers renting rooms). 3. 38 Sinclair road (a house purchased by two colleagues where I rented a room). Do you remember the year (or years) of receipt, and perhaps the month or season? I think rather 1966/67. Was your name and address on the envelope written by hand, or were they typed? I think they were written by hand but I'm not sure. Was there a return address on the envelope? No. Do you remember if there were any inscriptions on the back of the envelopes (hypothetical name, sender's address, etc...). And if so, were these inscriptions identical or different? I don’t recall seeing anything other than the typed page. Aside from your parents, did you show these letters to other people (friends, colleagues, other dancers, etc.) before destroying them? Did you suspect that it could be a joke someone played on you, and if so, did you try to question the people you might have suspected of playing such a joke on you? I think I talked about these letters to some friends but without suspecting them. I was thinking more of a joke from strangers or fans of ballet.
