At best, it will be filed under dubious or hypothetical letters. You can just as well read it and keep it to yourself without sharing it with your brothers.
Our presence on Earth has experienced temporary interruptions during the 53 years that we have been visiting you. Our total absences, however, have been short, although our expeditionary body has often been reduced to six members during recent years. Our cumulative time on your planet approaches 49 years. The last complete interruptions of our presence took place from May 15 to October 6, 1993, and from February 19, 1998, to August 4, 1999. The renewal of our expeditionary groups then posed a problem due to the poor isodynamic conditions of space whose folds, caused by our OUWAAM, make our journeys possible within acceptable travel times. These conditions are currently degraded, but a recent ancillary disturbance has made a journey conceivable and allowed us to welcome other brothers on March 11, 2003, after an exhausting journey equivalent to 5 Earth months. Our planet has also been visited in ancient times by foreign races. Earth and OUMMO by peaceful brothers from the planet DOOKAAIA in response to signals emitted from OUMMO. 11 XEE before this, they had sent two automatic crafts for reconnaissance to verify our reaction to a blatant and non-fugitive incursion into our airspace. Previously, our planet had also experienced what you call UFO waves, which are OUEWA sent for reconnaissance by OEMMIl travelers from different planets of this galaxy. The contact with our brothers from the planet DOOKAAIA was official and to our knowledge, there was no clandestine attempt by any other OEMMIl to interfere in our social network. This would in fact be impossible as each person in this social network is necessarily in interaction with the SANMOO AAYOUBA computer network that monitors our entire planet. Consequently, no intrusion is conceivable within our social network. We owe these brothers an acceleration in our technological development thanks to their theoretical contributions to our still nascent cosmological model, particularly regarding the theory of IBOSZOO OU and the decamensional structure of WAAM-WAAM. Thanks to them, we were able to master the process of inverting the orientation of the axes of IBOSZOO OU (OAWOLEIIDAA) and thus build our own OAWOLEA OUEWA to explore our galaxy and other WAAM. The interference in our evolution was minimal, merely stimulating already advanced theoretical work, and only because our brothers from DOOKAAIA deemed our social stability sufficient to allow us to access a higher technological level, although still very inferior to theirs. Our brothers from DOOKAAIA also pushed us in the psycho-emotional domain as we were at that time an eminently pragmatic people and our understanding of WAAM-WAAM then omitted the integration into our overall cosmological model of the transcendental components that are WOA and BOUAWA. They encouraged us, without directly guiding us to a solution, to refine our knowledge in cellular biology and biopathology because, and it is now also certain for us, understanding WAAM WAAM requires a complete understanding of the biopsychological functioning of OEMII (human body in its inseparable material and psychic aspects). Thus, we ourselves gained access to intra-galactic travel relatively recently and our integration into the community of brothers of this galaxy is a transcendent experience for us as we progress in our psycho-emotional development. We have a tacit rule to refer to other more evolved OEMMII brothers with whom we are in contact for any exploratory travel we wish to undertake. The rule is even stronger in the case of a desire to intrude into the social network of a non-traveling OEMMII planet: we are morally bound to officially mention it to our galactic brothers, with the legitimate motivations that seem to impose it on us. It is common, given our relative inexperience, that a trip is advised against. The motivations for this refusal are rarely explained, but we strictly adhere to them. In this case, we defer our mission pending subsequent approval. We have always applied this principle since an unfortunate accident occurred during our second exploratory journey which ended with the horrific deaths of our brothers, killed by the indigenous inhabitants of the planet. We have had permission to infiltrate your social network since your year 1948. Previously, all requests to visit your stellar system had been denied. We were unaware of your existence until today. We understand now the reasons because you were in a critical phase of your history that you needed to overcome alone. However, recent violations of this prohibition had been committed by other visitors from a stellar system that we did not know. These small OEMMII had rudimentary but unconventional technologies that surprised the brothers who usually monitor your planet. They did not have time to contact them to dissuade them from interacting. Your governments then accidentally became aware of the presence of these visitors and their technology, advanced from your perspective. This unwanted situation necessitated a rupture of the strict non-interference policy that was in place regarding your planet.
A minor phase of interference has therefore been established and we have been invited to participate. We have begun preliminary scientific, biological, and sociological investigations of your planet and the humans that inhabit it. It is with great emotion that we were able to confirm your nature as brothers by observing the extraordinary physiological similarities that exist between our two races, just as we had already noted, albeit to a lesser degree, with the other brothers we have been able to contact throughout our history. As you might assume, there exists a tacit non-interference pact among the various OEMMII travelers who visit other celestial bodies inhabited by a form of life more evolved than simple multicellular organisms. It is a simple rule of common sense not to influence the development of a planet if such influence is not necessary or explicitly desired by the race of OEMMII that would populate it. The only common-sense sanction we would apply to OEMMII who violate this tacit agreement would be a total refusal to cooperate with them and the implementation of specific, possibly coercive measures aimed at countering their actions. A punitive, destructive sanction against these visiting OEMMII cannot be decreed, except in cases of a clear intention to harm, which to our knowledge has not strictly occurred on Earth. In this case, the group of OEMMII most capable of intervening is free to do so as long as it can justify this act of legitimate assistance towards the other brother OEMMII of the galaxy. We know how to recognize the signature of the various OUEWA visiting our galaxy, provided that we have previously been in contact with a similar model. You will thus be surprised to know that we are aware of a limited number of OEMMII among those who have visited your planet since our arrival. The technologies of about 10% of these OEMMII were totally exotic in relation to ours, their technological development having taken different paths to achieve galactic travel or having evolved beyond our understanding. There exists a race of OEMMII whose technology is beyond our comprehension and who seem to monitor different planets by probing the OUEWA that make incursions there. We can affirm that OUEWA have been deliberately dematerialized within your atmosphere by what we have interpreted as an OAWOLEIIDA caused exogenously to these vessels, we assume, by these OEMMII with advanced technology.
