You are listening out of simple curiosity, speculating internally on the possibility that these lines were written by men from another planet or, on the contrary, sketched by a clever prankster or a paranoid liar. If we were to appear right now through that door, with an enigmatic air, performing a surprising technical feat to prove our identity, you would feel "fatuously" happy to have witnessed a fantastic encounter for you. You would be content to have felt the intense emotion of participating in a historic event and after the first moment of astonishment, overcoming the initial respectful fear that we would unknowingly inspire in you, surely you would foolishly rush to tear off pieces of clothing or ask for an autograph. The rightful owner of this establishment would change the name from "Café Léon" to "Café de l'Espace" and would proliferate ice cream and colorful postcard stands in the neighboring streets featuring Señor Sesma Manzano, who would no longer be seen as just an "eccentric." Journalists would tire of writing nonsense about us in the newspapers, which would ultimately serve to wrap the dripping fish... But many of you would continue to yawn, reading our reports on sociology without attempting to decipher them, and even less in putting their guidelines into practice. The contempt of the masses for the doctrine of Jesus Christ would continue, and general apathy toward everything that implies study, meditation, analysis, and efforts for application would perpetuate. WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR IN US, IF NOT THIS? Do you naively think that if we really exist, we must present ourselves to the public by demonstrating the reality of our origins?

Do you believe us to be as reckless as those football players on Earth who accumulate in the muscles of their legs all the organic tissue they lack in their brains, and who appear at every moment before thousands of their fanatical supporters, disturbing the calm of city life? We are speaking to you about a terrible disorganization of your social structures. About this cruel paradox, upheld by you, which allows a few thousand individuals to amuse themselves in their luxurious automobiles, while there is a lack of fuel to transport agricultural surpluses to India, where millions of starving people are dying, and you want us to suddenly appear in Place de la Concorde in Paris so that thousands of idle bourgeois from around the world would flock there, with the sole aim of satisfying the curiosity of seeing men from a distant star... Would you see such foolish behavior as very logical? It is not fear that we feel. It is childish to think that at your social level, we could suffer persecution or physical harm from humans. It is you who would truly suffer the damages caused by the blind shock of hysterical masses facing the sensational. If you think that men coming from other worlds (whether it be us or anyone else) are currently analyzing you, are more intelligent or possess a higher cultural level, be at least consistent and do not judge that they might present themselves before the eyes of people with the frivolity of movie actors!!! Analyze yourselves and humbly recognize that many of you do not actually desire to increase your culture with that which we can offer, but rather seek strong emotions, to feel different from others after having had the opportunity to come into contact with us. We say all this with bitterness, aware that by behaving in this way you reveal an infantile brain structure in which tendencies toward primary and pathological goals replace high transcendent motivations.
