The educational concepts that govern the educational system of our OOYAA (planet) are very different from those used by Earthlings, but you should not be alarmed if we tell you that many foundations are being discovered by your neuropsychiatrists without you yet knowing how to apply them other than in rudimentary and anarchic forms.
This is what happened with the neurophysiological concept of UNNIOOGOIA (CONDITIONED REFLEXES). Known to us for many years, we have rationally governed its application in child education with a success that explains the difference in social structure of UMMO compared to that of the Earth Social Network.
In your case, and despite the fact that the Russian scientist PAVLOV widely developed the analysis of this type of nervous mechanism, it is rare to see among you, (outside the professionals of Medicine or people trained in the field of psychology) people who are capable of giving a coherent answer when asked about the mechanism of the "conditioned reflex"; assuming, of course, they know the meaning of this word.
For those who have had the opportunity to assimilate this concept, we will explain it with an easy example. We may be more explicit in a future report by describing the nervous process in more detail.
Imagine a little girl who is given a new black stuffed doll. Such a toy STIMULATES THE DESIRE TO PLAY. We will therefore call this doll the "CONDITIONED STIMULUS." We will see how little UUYIE (GIRL) spends a delightful afternoon devoted to her playful fantasies.
The attraction and suggestion caused by the doll is something we consider natural and which has its own psychophysiological explanation.
When the girl is occupied with her toy, we put a small, harmless explosive charge in the house and detonate it. Logically, the acoustic stimulus will cause a strong nervous "shock," a terror as a fear response, which we will call the "conditioned response" to the EXPLOSION or "unconditioned response" to the doll.
It is clear so far that the terror will not occur because the child is in front of the DOLL stimulus; it will occur or not independently of this toy and subordinated only to the EXPLOSION STIMULUS.
So far everything is normal. Two different STIMULI: doll and firecracker, cause logical responses: play and cries of terror.
But let's continue the experiment. In the following days, each time you give the doll to the child and at the moment her hands come into contact with it, set off a firecracker. The crying RESPONSES caused by terror will continue.
After repeating the experiment several times, presenting simultaneously the CONDITIONED STIMULUS (here the toy) and the UNCONDITIONED STIMULUS (that is to say, the explosion); let us eliminate the latter. Let us simply give the child the black stuffed doll. We then observe a curious reaction. Upon seeing the toy, the child will react by crying, terrified. Her reflex arcs will associate in such a way that they provoke an INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO THE STIMULUS. From now on, every time we show the doll to the girl in our experiment, she will have the same reaction that was triggered by the explosion. It may even be that a chain of conditioned reflexes has occurred which will associate for the child stimuli such as any piece of black plush and even just the color black with the response of CRYING. It may be that the mother, who is unaware of the reasons for her daughter's reactions, is surprised to see her cry in front of a plush pillow without suspecting the physiological mechanism at play behind this strange behavior. All human behavior is imbued with conditioned reactions. When you type on a machine, when we read, when we dress mechanically while thinking of other concepts, when in our daily life we navigate by strolling through the streets, this physiological phenomenon occurs thousands of times, and without it, man would be a totally different being, incapable of developing his personality. But you Earthlings have not been able to take advantage of your teachings. When you became aware, thanks to Ivan PAVLOV, of these reflex mechanisms, you fanatically created a whole doctrine called REFLEXOLOGY which seeks to explain all human conduct by CONDITIONED REFLEXES. With overflowing enthusiasm, you thought that thanks to this discovery, you could explain the DIVINE and THE HUMAN, just as the naive scientists of the 19th century believed they could thus explain the concept they called the myth of God. And as usual, faced with this exaggerated importance of the concept of reflexes, we observe in you then the strangest indifference towards its applications. It is surprising to see how you speak of the importance of good and bad habits, while even ignoring that their foundations are precisely the "reflexes". And that you never achieve the successful education of society by creating these habits if you are unaware of their intimate mechanisms, just like the mechanic of an airplane who will never be able to repair the rotor of a turbo if he is unaware of its principles of operation. We see only one solution for you, in this vicious circle in which the Earth Social Network has entered (the extraordinary importance of networks, a universally applicable term, will be addressed later). Immediately undertake a global education program for Childhood. By utilizing the means that knowledge of the psychophysiological laws of teaching provides, through the scientific formation of habits by a technique similar to that which we use in our UNAWO UI (education center); a technique called AARUNNIOGOIA (TEACHING THROUGH CONDITIONED REFLEXES). From their earliest childhood, parents set up a basic education program for the UUGEE or UUYIE (boy or girl) on our planet. Above all, we must warn you of something that will surely scandalize some poorly educated people. We try to adjust our conduct to what we call UAA (MORAL LAW). We firmly believe in WOA (God or creator), and we know that his divine UMMOWOA incarnated as Jesus Christ did for you, bringing us wise standards that, by tempering the Natural Law, allowed for the development of the Society of UMMO. However, our concept of morality, while maintaining an extraordinary resemblance to that of current Christianity and that posited by the moralists of the Catholic Church of Rome, presents a different and much more flexible structure.

First: our WOALAOLOO (theologians) believe that morality evolves with society as it develops.
Second: within determined and significant limits, the MORAL STANDARDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL depend on their neurocerebral and physiological structure. Thus, the moral obligations and rights of each subject vary within certain limits, according to their psychological personality. We have not yet arrived at the ideal where every man of UMMO knows with certainty what behavior to follow for each concrete case and in every psychological state. But we are approaching the ideal because now, from childhood, we assess the mental capacity of the child and implant in them, uniquely, the scope of this moral code which adapts to a brain type having the most analogy with theirs.
Thus, just as you evolve morality and dictate collective norms for a social group of a country or even a region, we focus even more on the intimate problems of the individual, freeing them from the slavery of standard conduct norms that they might not be able to fulfill with their mentality and in certain circumstances, sparing them from the range of complexes that arise among you when society hypocritically points a finger at those who do not comply with these standard norms. Do not confuse, of course, this respect on the part of the individual with amorality or moral freedom, into which you fall precisely because you force others to follow laws to which they may not be able to adapt.
On the contrary, these distinct norms for each of us result in the fact that what is a transgression for one is not for the brother. These norms are rigid and always force everyone to respect the rights of their brothers.
In light of these principles, and once the faculties of each infant have been assessed as we have explained, parents can, with the help of the counsel provided by our network of XANMO AYUBAA (COMPUTERS OR NUCLEAR BRAINS), avoid the multiple problems of child education.
We want to draw attention to a few points. For many years, fertilization and gestation of the human being outside the maternal womb have been perfectly achievable on UMMO. But this process, which you would call "IN VITRO" gestation, we consider unnatural and contrary to the design of WOA, so that this unnatural phase of human life is only allowed in cases of pathology concerning the mother.
Furthermore: around eight months of fetal life, neurosurgical techniques can intervene on the new Being by acting on their neurocortical structure and the spinal canal, totally changing their personality by modifying their psychological constants, especially their intelligence quotient or intelligence.
When this possibility developed on our planet, we believed, filled with intoxicating euphoria, that finally we had achieved the desired goal, that man had finally freed himself from his mental defects, that independently of WOA we could REGENERATE another species.
Two paths opened for this. Control of the genetic code and modifications on the cerebral cortex already assimilated apparently made this dream feasible, cherished throughout our history since the brutal vivisection experiments of the IE 456 era had opened future perspectives for this possibility.
Experiments were immediately started (we had not yet discovered the atoms of the inert gas KRYPTON that constitute the third factor of man, that is to say the OEMBUUAW).
Many delinquents, adults and many children were subjected to deep interventions to modify the neural network of their brain.
Let us briefly explain the technique used: first, a three-dimensional image of the cortical structure was obtained using the UULWAAGAA technique. The UNNIEAOEMII WIOA (specialists in the cerebral cortex) then analyzed the network.
Complex neuron by identifying the presence of congenital irregularities. This effect can be achieved remotely and without any material object penetrating the tissues. A double beam of radiation in the spectrum you call GAMMA RAYS is used. For example, the stratified epithelium of the esophagus can be accessed and one of its cells destroyed with full precision while the operator monitors the process on the UULWAAGAA screen (a device resembling Earth's radioscopy equipment). The residues from the destruction are immediately reabsorbed more or less rapidly depending on the type of tissue treated and other factors. Alongside this technique, we can transform the cell nucleus of any tissue in various ways. That is to say, we can generate true ARTIFICIAL ATYPICAL CELLS (something like artificial cancer). Of course, generating diseased tissue is not the objective, except for study purposes. What is actually achieved in practice is changing the nature of a cell. Imagine, for example, an area invaded by FIBROIDS, connective tissue cells. Well: by acting on the chromosomes of the nucleus it is possible to transform one or thousands of such cells into cells like, for example, nerve cells, that is, NEURONS whose structure is totally different. Imagine the patient undergoing this change in their brain. There are millions of cells in their brain that must be necrosed, that is, destroyed, and millions that must be generated, all according to the studied network plan. A specialist might need millions of years to perform this operation. The equipment that handles this is automatic and is controlled by the metallic model we described. It is like a pantograph used by terrestrial draftsmen to reproduce plans or drawings at scale. It is clear that the actual process is much more complicated since previously millions of points in three-dimensional coordinates were recorded in a titanium memory unit, encoding their nature and positions. (Each point represents an organic molecule). (You might suppose that these described techniques are what allow us to effectively treat any diseased tissue). However, the failures regarding the transformation of the human brain were resounding.
