We were deeply saddened to verify that our plea regarding the days when you speak of our Civilization, where we requested you not to mention the other respectable experiences you have had, was not fully heard. We understand that terrestrial human beings are voluble and that in your actions there is no bad faith or desire to break your old promises, but rather an oversight and flashes of spiritual instability caused by an immense love for those experiences, as well as a understandable desire within a mental structure like yours for a Civilization as rational as ours. We do not blame you, Sesma, as this keeps your goodwill towards us intact. We certainly respect your views regarding the fact that the Earth Social Network will not be able to adopt the social model of UMMO. This is a criterion we only partly share. The suspension of communications was motivated by two reasons: Firstly, as long as you continue to break the commitment maintained with us to circumscribe the discussion around UMMO in your meetings, we cannot continue sending you documents. This is a defensive measure, not one of vengeance, as you are free to guide your meetings according to your criteria. Therefore, do not conclude that we are offended by your differences. You may resume contact with us whenever you wish; we ask that you manage your time with discretion. It would suffice that at the end of the meeting dedicated to UMMO, you clearly specify that the following part will focus on a different theme. If you cannot even accept this, it is clear that the break with us will not be caused by us, but that it is you who no longer wishes to maintain relations with us. Secondly, certain events have occurred recently that have forced us to temporarily cut off contact with ALL correspondents from EUROPE and AUSTRALIA. In any case, your attitude towards us is incomprehensible; you may disagree with the supposed sociologists, scientists, or philosophers of your friends, your good friends, and yet continue to cultivate the spiritual bonds that unite you with them, especially when what they ask in return does not require a rupture with your own ideas, merely a small passive concession, a concession that seems reasonable to you and presents no mystery or detriment to your other respectable friends. But ultimately: man must be free in his actions and we do not wish to pressure him. We understand you. In reality, you would like the Image we have given you of UMMO to be purer, more mysterious, less rational, less logical. But we are not responsible for being this way. On the other hand, you must reject this false argument that you have created by imagining that we are a people deprived of freedoms, tightly channeled by very strict logical norms, tormented by the postulates of cold technology and devoid of the chromatic richness that Earth displays. This last point is true compared to Earth but not as much as you think. In any case, we feel that we have hurt you with our ideas which may be in total contradiction with yours.
