The Saliano case is linked with the Oummo case not only because the same recipients received information from both sources, but also because some Oummo letters denounce the dangerous manipulation carried out by Saliano. It was Fernando Sesma, founder of the Society of Friends of Space Visitors and host of the “Joyful Whale,” who spoke in his talks about his contacts with an extraterrestrial named Saliano, long before he began to talk about the Oummo case. Besides Sesma, several members of the Joyful Whale’s audience had contacts with Saliano, either by telephone or by receiving writings. Alicia Araujo, a secretary at the United States embassy, was among them. Although claiming to be “extraterrestrial,” Saliano was human. This at least was the conclusion from investigations carried out by Cabria and Berché and published in 1988. I quote the chronology of the UMMO Case by David Lozano Marquès, Granada, 1995: “According to what Cabria recounts, during his interview with Jordán [Peña], the latter told him that a few days after F. Sesma’s burial [Madrid, 1982], an astrologer phoned him confessing that it was she, together with a painter and an aristocrat, who had invented Saliano as a simple joke. Three years later Javier Sierra, following the same lead and who joined us (Montejo), put names to these people, namely the couple formed by the Japanese painter Takeshi Mochizuki and Madame Victoria Iruretagoyena, astrologer and royal genealogy researcher.” In this same chronology, David Lozano states in the year 1971: “Arrest and imprisonment of Isabel Nido. It is the year when Isabel Nido was arrested and imprisoned for 40 days (recall that she was one of the closest persons related to the Saliano case), accused of social danger. This marks the end of Saliano.” 29/04/18 "SALIANO" would thus be the name by which a human (Takeshi Mochizuki) presented himself over the phone or in writing, who was psychologically manipulated by this race of ETs with dubious and dangerous morals reported by the Oummains. He even started noticeably before their arrival (about 2 years). It is the manipulators of "Saliano" that the Ummites encountered. In short, we can consider: Some uncritical ETs "play" with the psychology of certain humans [like the Japanese] by making them take bladders for lanterns (unusual life frames) and inciting them to think they are another and to speak like ETs (as they do, because they cannot intervene and provoke psychological reactions without "breaking" everything through direct revelation or the inability to speak clearly enough, even over the phone). They need truly human "showcases," intermediaries... In fact, Takeshi Mochizuki did not invent anything by himself, but "someone" made him believe it and he believed it. Just look at his "inventions"... All of this is not a terrestrial "hoax" (at least from what I could find), but a manipulation by the ETs denounced by the Ummo. Moreover, if Sesma destroyed part of the letters he received from the ummites, it was Saliano who convinced him to do so. There is an ummite correspondence (D1378) where they explain that "Saliano" erased from Sesma's memory the instructions they had given him for the evenings "not to mix".... The research conducted by Manuel R. with Dr. Aguirre allowed him to obtain documents from the time of the Ummo affair, common with Saliano (1966-71). Dr. Aguirre authorized their publication. E35 is a translation of a sort of logbook that Alicia Araujo, a secretary at the United States embassy and familiar with Sesma's discussions, kept regarding the Saliano contacts. Since she also received ummite letters (mainly on biogenetics), it is normal for her to refer to Oummo. E36 is a fragment of a letter from Saliano received by Sesma for reading at the "Happy Whale," a reading that was done. It is the NOMICON document. These two documents are interesting on more than one level, providing complementary insights into the Ummo affair and its relations with other possible races of E.T. on our planet, especially now that we have received NR-13. On 19.09.1969 around 6:30 am, Saliano calls and tells us in a tearful voice: We have lost the battle, it was horrible, it was apocalyptic. All have been cosmically contaminated, except: Carmen Prados, Manzano, Antonio, Gerardo Rivera. I told him that I did not know him, and he said it was a priest. (To the question: the reason for what saved them, he told me it was in another dimension) I asked him: What battle was that? He replied: - Do not imagine a battle like those on Earth. It was cosmic. I told him that I would like to understand and if we could do something. He told me it was the worst time to talk, that we could do nothing. I asked him if I could do something, even though my questions probably seemed absurd to him. He told me they were not, but that the difficult part was answering. That it was the worst time. That "we were defeated"; to the question by whom, he said "by the cosmic enemy." I asked him if I... April 29, 2018 I can talk about it to the Whale. He says yes. He also says that he had no reason to lose courage and when I told him that I trusted in God, he said and repeated "He will help us", that after three to five months, we could regain our strength. Alicia, call from Saliano, June 1, 1970 Today, Monday, which was a day off for me, S. calls me around 4 p.m. I tell him that I received his letter and ask if I could read and discuss it with Nido and Valero; he says yes, to do so. When asked if we could open and read the secret envelope that was in the letter, he says no, that we should wait and open it tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Whale. When asked if the letters received by Mejorada were false, he says he cannot answer. That he cannot speak negatively about anything and that often his silence is a plea and has more meaning than words. He tells me that getting closer to him is dangerous and advises me, if I notice symptoms of insomnia, sadness, or anxiety, to distance myself from him. He says that Valero will receive a scientific report of extraordinary interest and that he, with his science, will be able to interpret it. I think he was referring to the authors of theories like "cosmic science." He insisted on the danger we face by getting close to him. He said he must stay on course, that he is like a cyclone that uproots trees and spreads destruction, not because he wants to cause damage or because he is sadistic, but because that's how it is. He gave me an example and said: "if while walking you unconsciously crush an ant, it is not because you are sadistic but you cause the death of an innocent being," the same thing can happen if we approach him. He says that maybe we would find help in the science of OUMMO and even in our own Earth science. I told him that the beings of OUMMO did not seem to want to have too many relations with us and he said, "it's because they are frightened" and fear the reaction of the Earthlings. He says they were very similar to us although much more intelligent and with a much more perfect society. They realize that they could harm us, hence their silence. I asked him why he could not establish contact with them, he said they do not understand me. I asked if there were among them some who, like us, the small group of the Whale, would like to have relations with him. He said they knew the danger they were in; you are like curious children approaching fire, but they, as adults, realize the danger. He stressed the danger a lot; he said that, out of a thousand, one or two might avoid this danger. He said that for a few, he mentioned Palacios and Peña, their rationalism was a defense; but that we, the most open, were in danger. He said he would warn Nido and Valero. He advised me to restrict myself to the role of spectator to protect myself. He said his warnings did not obey his caprices but extracosmic motivations beyond our understanding. He said religions had been greatly distorted by men but that there was still something left in Christianity, both in its Catholic and evangelical forms, and in the great truths of Buddhism. He referred to himself as a "Chronoprotector." He said he would warn Valero (Note: Valero is a woman) to be alert, that would not be due to the mail service on which he could not intervene, and that it would cease upon receiving the report. At the first question about the danger and whether it consisted of disturbances or neuroses, he said yes and that apparently "we would feel alien and maladjusted in the Earth society in which we live" and that it would be terrible to feel apart without the possibility of joining it, even if, he said, as you yourselves have said, "your society is gravely ill," 924 / 1373 29/04/18 Alicia, 14.08.1970 Yesterday at 13, at 10 PM, S. called me and we had a very long phone conversation (at the end, I looked at the clock, which showed 12:35; it was 12:20 as it was running a quarter of an hour ahead). He talked about the events of last night and asked me if I had seen his signal in the sky. I told him that I hadn’t but that others had seen it. He spoke of the danger we faced in getting closer to him and said, it's my advice: Keep away from me. I am dangerous and warn others of this danger. He told me that if I wanted to end all contact with him, I had to forget him, not go to the Whale on Thursday, and tell him not to call me anymore. He said that he did not want to bring us harm, but that studying us creates disturbances, like terrestrial researchers when they study microorganisms and place them on a slide to evaporate the drop of water they live in, causing the poor beings to die. He said that the night from Tuesday to Wednesday (August 11) was dangerous, especially for Antonio, through whom he had spoken. He talked about Earthlings and their lack of balance. He said we only had to find balance within ourselves and in our social environment. He stated that we were not yet aware of the social network to which we belonged, while almost all advanced civilizations were. A node must know that it is not alone but is part of a network, and our first duty is to promote social justice. In this sense, the condition of the Earth was horrible with so many people lacking the essentials, and it was dreadful that in the time of slavery, there were people who defended it by saying that God liked there to be slaves and free men, and that slaves were happy serving their masters. He spoke of those who only thought of their own liberation and withdrew to Olympus to meditate. He cited yogis from India and said they could be compared to cancerous cells that reproduce and triumph as cells but lead to the death of the organism they belong to. We must seek social good for all and harmonize it through the search for internal balance. He stressed the idea of a network (he made me think of those from OUMMO who use the same terminology as him). He told me that people should try to promote social progress and that I should do so too. He told me that just attempting it, even if I did not succeed, I would not feel frustrated, nor that I had failed, even if I died. He emphasized the importance of effort. Seeking to help everyone, and if, due to circumstances or physical impossibilities due to illness, we did not succeed, that was not important. We would not have failed despite everything. When I asked him what I should do, he replied that I was the one who had to see him and see how far my possibilities went. He could not suggest the heroic path and tell me to climb mountains and fight injustice, but it was clear that I should raise my voice as a 'weak woman' and denounce injustice, even if it was only in the presence of small circles, and that it would be, he said, yes! a terrible sin to go against the one who, even if shouting, denounced social injustice. We also talked about the danger this represented for those we brought closer to him. He said that he was not one but multiple, and to understand him better, I should think of him as taking on two different aspects. When he spoke to us in binary logic, as in this phone call, it was not 925 / 1373. 04/29/18 not dangerous. It was when he used cosmosymbolism. He gave me different examples. He said, "Imagine a thin sheet of paper. Do you see it?" When I replied that I did, he said, "Now imagine a sphere outside the paper casting a shadow. Can you see it?" When I affirmed, he said, "The shadow is not dangerous for the paper, but what would happen if the sphere tried to enter the paper?" I replied that it would tear. He also gave the example of a television show or atomic factories. The characters on the screen are harmless, but if you try to enter where the high voltage currents are created, you will suffer injuries, including electrocution. He is like that great energy that can kill, not out of sadism or want, but by its very nature. MANZANO says he was one of his victims (except he was angry). And all of us who dealt with him, he says, were now affected to a certain degree.
